Effective: 07/15/2026

By scheduling, booking, or using our moving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Packing Responsibility

Unless professional packing services were purchased as part of your move, you are solely responsible for properly packing and preparing all belongings prior to our arrival.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improperly packed items, including but not limited to:

  • Overfilled or overweight boxes that break during transport.
  • Boxes that are unable to support the weight of their contents.
  • Loose items packed without adequate protection.
  • Fragile items packed without sufficient cushioning or support.
  • Damage caused by shifting contents due to improper packing.

Mirrors, televisions, artwork, glass items, and other fragile belongings must be properly wrapped and packed using appropriate protective materials before transportation. Failure to properly prepare these items may result in refusal of service for those items or transport at the customer’s own risk.

For packing recommendations, please visit our Packing Tips page.

Improperly Packed Items

For the safety of your belongings and our team, we reserve the right to refuse to move any item we determine has been improperly packed.

If requested and if time permits, our movers may repack improperly packed items. Repacking services are billed at an additional fee of $55.00, plus the cost of any packing materials used if applicable.

Repacking services are performed only at our discretion and may increase the overall moving time and cost.

Mounting & Furniture Assembly Add-On

Customers who purchase our Mounting & Assembly Add-On receive the following services:

  • Removal of televisions, shelving, artwork, mirrors, and other wall-mounted fixtures.
  • Removal of applicable wall-mounted hardware.
  • Patching of holes created by the removal of those fixtures.
  • Mounting eligible items at the new location.
  • Disassembly of furniture as necessary for transport.
  • Reassembly of furniture at the destination.

Wall patching includes filling existing mounting holes only. We do not repaint, texture match, sand to a finished surface, or perform drywall repairs beyond basic patching.

Existing Assembly Conditions

Furniture, fixtures, shelving, televisions, or other mounted items that were improperly assembled or installed before our arrival may be refused.

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Stripped screws
  • Loose or damaged hardware
  • Missing hardware
  • Weak or unstable assembly
  • Damaged mounting brackets
  • Unsafe wall anchors
  • Previously damaged furniture or fixtures

We are not responsible for damage resulting from furniture or fixtures that were previously assembled, installed, or mounted improperly.

Our movers reserve the right to decline disassembly, transport, reassembly, or remounting whenever doing so would create an unreasonable safety risk or increase the likelihood of damage.

Customers Who Do Not Purchase the Mounting Add-On

If the Mounting & Assembly Add-On is not purchased, customers are responsible for:

  • Removing all televisions, mirrors, shelving, artwork, and other wall-mounted fixtures before our movers arrive.
  • Disconnecting any mounted electronics.
  • Removing wall anchors, brackets, or hardware as desired.
  • Hanging, mounting, or reinstalling all fixtures at the destination.

Our movers will transport these items only after they have been safely removed and properly prepared for transport.

Customers agree to:

  • Ensure all items are properly packed unless packing services were purchased.
  • Clearly identify fragile belongings.
  • Ensure all boxes are safely packed and capable of being lifted.

  • Is improperly packed.
  • Presents a safety hazard.
  • Exceeds equipment or personnel limitations.
  • Contains hazardous, illegal, flammable, explosive, or prohibited materials.
